New York based artist Rob Wynne works in a variety of mediums but recently has been experimenting with molten glass, using hand-poured and mirrored glass in a series of large-scale installations at the Brooklyn Museum. The juxtaposition of Wynne’s work against classic sculptures made in the 1800’s by American artist Randolph Rogers is modern yet classic. Rob Wynne: FLOAT exhibition is on view at the museum through January 6, 2019.
